We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with PrintScreen.ly, you may request a refund under the following terms: • Subscription plans (monthly or annual): You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. To cancel future charges, cancel your subscription through the Paddle customer portal before the next billing date. • Lifetime license: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. • After 30 days: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, email jeff@bravely.dev with your order number or the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
