Refund Policy — Diskaroo

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Diskaroo is not a fit, you may request a refund under the following terms:
• Monthly or annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge.
• Lifetime purchase: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• After 30 days: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
To request a refund, email jeff@bravely.dev with your order number or Bravely Account email. Refunds are processed by our billing provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
