Terminal Tags · Account deletion
Delete your Terminal Tags account
Terminal Tags signs you in with your Bravely Account, the single account shared across Bravely Studios apps. To delete it, email us from the address you sign in with, or include that address in your message. Because it’s one shared account, deleting it also removes your access to any other Bravely apps you use. We’ll confirm the request with you and then delete the account as described below.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleting your account deletes your email address and name from it, deletes the sign-in identities linked to it, sessions and diagnostic reports from our live systems (our data warehouse keeps their records with your details removed), and cancels any subscription you bought on the web or in a desktop app. We keep the account’s purchase, trial, consent and usage history under its account identifier, with the email address and name on the account replaced, for tax, refunds, fraud prevention and statistics, and the companies that handled your purchases keep their own records. A few copies of your email address, such as our marketing contact record, an email-and-password login, and records of changes our staff made for you, are not yet removed automatically; ask in the same email and we’ll remove them too. Copies made before the deletion stay in our backups until those backups expire, up to about 13 months later. What Terminal Tags itself stores, and whether deleting your account deletes it, is in the Terminal Tags privacy policy. The full list is in the Bravely Account privacy policy, under Deleting Your Account.
Remove only some data
If you’d rather delete specific data and keep your account, email privacy@bravely.dev and tell us what to remove.
If you have a subscription
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed by that store. Cancel there to stop billing, since deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store-billed subscription.
