Delete your Bravely Account

This removes your account and your access to every Bravely app. Email us from the address you sign in with, or include that address in your message, and we’ll confirm the request with you and then delete the account.

Deleting your account deletes your email address and name from it, deletes the sign-in identities linked to it, sessions and diagnostic reports from our live systems (our data warehouse keeps their records with your details removed), and cancels any subscription you bought on the web or in a desktop app. We keep the account’s purchase, trial, consent and usage history under its account identifier, with the email address and name on the account replaced, for tax, refunds, fraud prevention and statistics, and the companies that handled your purchases keep their own records. A few copies of your email address, such as our marketing contact record, an email-and-password login, and records of changes our staff made for you, are not yet removed automatically; ask in the same email and we’ll remove them too. Copies made before the deletion stay in our backups until those backups expire, up to about 13 months later.
