Invite anyone by email, or connect your company's email domain so colleagues take a seat the moment they sign in. Gmail and other public addresses can be invited one by one.

Put documents in the team library, in folders, with Private, View or Full access on each one. Anyone with Full access can edit, sign and send for signature. Everyone keeps their own personal library too.

Questions, Answered
Who can see what?+
Each document in the team library carries its own permission: Private (just the person who added it), View (everyone on the team can open it) or Full access (everyone can do everything). The team owner can see everything in the team library, including Private items, and can hand that oversight to admins. Personal libraries are never visible to the team.
What does a seat include?+
A seat is one person on every platform ASAPDF runs on, with everything the app does. Seats are reassignable: remove someone and the seat frees up for the next person. Nobody is ever removed by a seat change, and nothing is charged without you adding a seat.
How does the domain join work?+
An owner or admin connects the domain of their own sign-in address, for example acme.com. From then on anyone who signs in with a verified acme.com address takes a free seat automatically. When seats are full they are asked to check with you, and you get a note. Public email services can't be a team domain.
What if someone already pays for ASAPDF?+
Their personal subscription is untouched. They can keep it, or cancel it themselves once their seat is active.
What happens if we cancel?+
The team keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that the team library is read-only for 30 days so people can download what they need, then it is removed. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to team purchases made here.
