Watch it on a Mac: open ASAPDF.dmg from Chrome’s downloads, then drag ASAPDF into Applications. No sound.

Install ASAPDF

The ASAPDF disk image window: drag the ASAPDF icon along the arrow onto the Applications folder to install.

  1. Open

    Open ASAPDF.dmg from your Downloads folder.

  2. Drag

    Drag ASAPDF into your Applications folder.

  3. Launch

    Open ASAPDF from Applications. macOS checks the signature once, then it opens.

  4. Sign in

    Sign in with your Bravely Account: Apple, Google or email.

  1. Open

    Open ASAPDF-Setup.exe from your Downloads folder.

  2. Allow

    If Windows shows a warning, choose More info, then Run anyway. The installer is signed by Bravely Studios LLC.

  3. Launch

    ASAPDF installs in a few seconds and opens on its own.

  4. Sign in

    Sign in with your Bravely Account: Apple, Google or email.

    Open ASAPDF.deb from your Downloads folder (Mint, Ubuntu and friends).

  2. Install

    Your package installer takes it from there. Prefer a portable build? The AppImage is below.

  3. Launch

    Find ASAPDF in your app menu.

  4. Sign in

    Sign in with your Bravely Account: Apple, Google or email.

  1. Open

    Find ASAPDF.AppImage in your Downloads folder.

  2. Allow

    Right-click it, open Properties, and allow it to run as a program.

  3. Launch

    Double-click it. ASAPDF opens; there is nothing to install.

  4. Sign in

    Sign in with your Bravely Account: Apple, Google or email.

    Download ASAPDF.dmg again (19 MB).

  • ASAPDF does not open

Your first few minutes

Sign a PDF

  1. Open the PDF in ASAPDF.
  2. Choose the signature tool and draw your signature, or paste a screenshot of one.
  3. Place it on the page and save. Next time it is in your saved signatures.

Send a PDF for signature

  1. Open the PDF and choose Send for signature.
  2. Drop the fields they need to fill: signature, initials, date, text or a checkbox.
  3. Show the QR code, share the link or email it. The signed copy comes back to you with a Certificate of Completion.

Fill out a PDF form

  1. Open the form in ASAPDF.
  2. Click or tap a field to type in it. Checkboxes work the same way.
  3. No fields on the page? Use Add text to type anywhere, then save.
