We believe in minimal data collection. wordsearch.ly does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your privacy is important to us, and we have designed the App to function without requiring any personal data.

We do not collect any personal information. No user accounts are required to use the App. No registration, email address, name, or other identifying information is ever requested or stored by us.

Your game data — including statistics, progress, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, game data may be synced across your devices using Apple’s iCloud infrastructure (CloudKit). This sync is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple’s privacy policy. We do not operate any third-party servers and have no access to your iCloud data.

The App offers in-app purchases through Apple’s StoreKit framework. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card details, or billing data.

We do not collect any of the following: • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address) • Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or device ID) • Location data • Usage analytics or behavioral tracking • Crash reports or diagnostics • Contacts or address book data • Photos, camera, or microphone data • Browsing history We use no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no data to share.

The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. Because no personal data is collected, the App is safe for users of all ages.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
