Bravely Studios LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the markd.ly application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We believe in minimal data collection. markd.ly is a local-only markdown editor that does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your documents never leave your device.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. No user accounts are required. No registration, email address, name, or other identifying information is ever requested or stored. markd.ly operates entirely on your device with no server component.

Document Data

Your documents are stored locally on your Mac in locations you choose. markd.ly does not upload, sync, or transmit your documents to any server. The app accesses only the files you explicitly open.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any of the following: • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address) • Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or device ID) • Location data • Usage analytics or behavioral tracking • Crash reports or diagnostics • Document contents or metadata We use no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Network Usage

markd.ly does not make any network requests. The app includes a network entitlement solely for internal WebKit rendering of markdown previews. No data is sent to or received from any external server.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share.

Children's Privacy

The app does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. Because no personal data is collected, the app is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
